Konbini Kids is a food and culture club based in London. We feel Japanese food (and people, by extension) is misrepresented in England - it’s expensive, fancy, and rarely fun! Therefore, we made it our mission to bring a different side of Japan.
Taking inspiration from the “Konbini” store experience, a cornershop with a delicious selection of everyday Japanese staples and fun items/comics for all - we wanted to showcase the Japan that we know. Nothing pretentious; just affordable, accessible, tasty and most importantly fun!

Designed and illustrated the vibrant and fun Konbini Kids posters. Hopefully many more to come! Illustration style came from my previous poster series of 'Dancing People' which can be found on Good Moods.
Thank you, as always, to the best half japanese team: Dan Steward and Alissa Steward from London. Also, thank you to Joe Hurrell (Photographer).
